This company has given a mail after a quotation call Then they don t contact until the moving date and even if we don t want the service they want 500SEK charge because it s the client s fault Then threaten to charge full amount of the service otherwise forward this to appropriate authorities

Cheap but sloppy and rude

Got a cheap deal for the move which was really nice because I don t own a car and my family is abroad and can t take time off work The man on the phone sounded really friendly and was helpful during the booking phase What was disappointing was the carelessness a bunch of my items did not survive the move and arrived broken Which would have been fine if someone had told me A simple Sorry we accidentally broke this item would have been enough Instead it was just swept under the rug until I found the broken items myself Finding it myself instead of being told was quite irritating A screen I had transported on the bus the day before to avoid damage was broken by carelessness of just dumping other items on top of it It was literally put away in a corner I am baffled at the thought process of someone dumping heavy items on top of fragile electronics I m not even sure if it is malice or just a complete lack of common sense To be able to focus on work and save time and mental energy I took the package with both moving and help with cleaning and paid for both in advance Big mistake They showed up 3 HOURS before the appointment I worked nightshift and got woken up by the call I handed them the keys and ask if they needed anything cleaning supplies etc Nope they had everything I hear nothing on the phone for a while so I decided to check how they re doing they had just left A simple text Hey we re done keys are in the mailbox would have been enough But again toddler levels of communication The floors were not vacuumed mopped since there was dust and debris on the floor there was dust on electrical sockets and the border that goes along the floor Called the company to give feedback about this and they sent their staff back which sucks for them since I get that anyone wants to get home after a long day of work But holy hell they came back with the worst attitude and cockiness Do you know how many apartments we have cleaned Floors are supposed to look like that Sweet baby jesus I can still see the footprints from the moving dudes that floor had not seen a mop since then I couldn t even be bothered though they did back off when I said I had videos and started showing them the dust coming on my hands when I swiped the floor I just wanted it over with and them out so I joined the cleaning I thought that there was no way that there would be anything left after they had spent so much time already both on cleaning and the general besserwisser attitude I was tired beyond words and also had chores left before work so I just let them go home without checking any more of the cleaning a mistake once again Inspection came 2 days after the cleaning and when we did a proper sweep of the apartment the man pointed out that no one had vacuumed behind the stove there was still a bunch of dust on top of shelves the stove was still dirty on the sides etc Luckily I had a good rep from before with the inspection man so I got some alcohol wipes from him to sweep up what was behind the stove and he was really kind and helped with the dust bunnies that were left up on the door frames and shelves that I couldn t reach My advice if you do decide to use Omegaflytt is to not pay in advance and to maybe look elsewhere for cleaning services If I could go back in time then I probably would have cleaned the apartment myself the money and mental energy I spent on arguing with the rude staff and then the stupid apartment STILL NOT PASSING was probably about the same amount of energy that it would have taken to do it myself 2 stars instead of just 1 because it was cheap the man on the phone was friendly and I m glad I didn t have to carry the furniture by myself

I recently used Omegaflytt for my move and had mixed feelings about the experience The booking process was pleasant with a friendly and helpful person on the phone The moving fee was reasonable which was appreciated since I don t have a car and family assistance available However some of my items were damaged during the move and I wasn t informed beforehand Additionally the cleaning services I paid for didn t meet expectations with areas left uncleaned Though the company did send staff back they were not cooperative It s a budget-friendly option but be cautious about the quality of handling and cleaning services
