Such a disappointment
Hello I m Brazilian and traveled to the United States in February 2020 I ordered my Omega Juicer MM900HDS 200 Watt Silver directly from the Amazon com website on 2 22 and received it on the 25th SERIAL NUMBER KPBL0019083033 MM900HDS000153 I have been using it since I arrived at my home in S o Paulo and I was very satisfied But in May 2020 I noticed something strange when the bagasse came out of the device I realized that the juicing screen rubber was suddently broken I ve sent tree e-mails to Omega since then with my invoice and some pictures The only answer I ve received until today was an automatic response

ZERO stars This has been hands-down the WORST customer experience of my life It s full time job trying to get a simple issue resolved with Omega Juicers 1 5 years of time waiting to hear back from someone over email send ing them pics being told one thing then it never happening Following-up again and starting over with a new person Then another Then asked to cut the cord off machine and sent pics 3rd round of pics and videos requested No no juicer And SUCH a wast of a machine that could have been repaired But I AM OUT OF A JUICER an no follow-up correspondence OMEGA - I am SICK of having you on my to-do list each week Get your act together And get a customer service phone number that works

They deserve 0 for customer care
They deserve 0 for customer care For a return you have to fill up a form Then wait for ticket number Then an email asking for pictures After you send pics then other email asking you to cut the power cord and then you take the pictures again I didn t do that because I wasn t trusting the company to give me tefund since the return process is no sence and a lot of back and forth Also Another thing to be aware of is to make just a small cup of juice you need a lot of produce so for families it s not doable

There seems to be no customer support
There seems to be no customer support or replacement parts available for the Omega juicer I did send the required pictures and info but never heard back again after several weeks of sent emails

Absent customer service
The juicer was working fine for a while but then stopped working so well Omega sent me a little replacement part at my own shipping expense that did not fix the issue After that they stopped responding to my emails requesting further action

House burned down Omega destroyed OMEGA WILL NOT HONER KNEW OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT
So to make it really brief my house burned down on April 18th everything I owned gone I had purchased maybe about a year year and a half ago a beautiful Omega that I spent a little bit more than 400 for I really did love the product didn t get to use it as much as I would have liked too anyway house burned down along with my Omega juicer The juicer was completely sooted out from the fire I call the company because I know that it has a great life 15-year warranty I figured I have valid reason I have proof of what had happened let me call and possibly I can get my most favorite thing replaced wow to my surprise I was told that house burning down and destroying the product doesn t qualify under the warranty Really What I would really like to do is show you the email But I won t

The switch on my juicer went bad
The switch on my juicer went bad I only use it once a month I contacted the Legacy company who handles the warranty They had me take pictures make videos and had me to try to repair it on my own with what they call the Magnet Trick After speaking and emailing them for a month nothing has be accomplished Save yourself from the headache this product is poorly made The company has the worst warranty policy and costumer service

Flimsy parts
We bought an omega juicer paid approximately 200 euro for it after a couple of months the plastic feeder broke after juicing some carrots unfortunately our receipt got deleted so we had to buy the new part which cost approx 35 euros We then decided to cut carrots lenghtways and put less in at a time as to not add extra stress to the feeder but 10 months later the same thing happened again The feeder is very flimsy and is not built to last So if u like juicing carrots i would not recommend the omega juicer So disappointed as i heard it was a reliable product hence why i paid so much money

Omegajuicers com does not comply with its warranty
I bought a juicer that had a 15 year warranty for the parts After some parts broke and the juicer was within a warranty I contacted them and they begun to direct me first to one department and then to another and so on They are scammers
