Don t even waste your time with this lot Item ordered ordered at the time of ordering was advised order to be dispatched 23 04 very little communication from them apart from initial e-Mail that gives no delivery date so today 24 04 I decided a live chats toSee where the order was now been advised the order will arrive end of June 3 months after they have taken the full amount out my bank Diane there cust service rep could not crasp the basic courtesy in customer service and have the decency to apologise with out me asking for one And her resolution to the issue is I will refund your order What a delight they have working for them This company must be raking it debiting folk babk account for stock they don t even have and if you do have issue good luck with that one

No mask no answers nothing

I ordered a led mask two month ago Still don t have any tracking number or any info aout my purchase E-mailed them multiple times without any answer I also checked if the website was fishing or scum but no it s original Don t know what to think or how to connect My order is 261785 It seems that they just somehow lost my order and I lost more than 400 euro

I purchased all three products- the face mask the neck mask and the hand mask two years ago- and it is now 3 months out of warranty In the last two months- first the face mask wiring came undone and then a month later the neck mask came undone- rendering them useless I called - and was offered no assistance other than a 100 discount These products are costly at 1200 for the two Not worth it for low quality wiring- and needing to replace every two years Very frustrated and disappointed in Omnilux

Ordered this and realized I didn t add expedited shipping I immediately started a chat with a customer service rep and asked if they could add the expedited shipping or if I should cancel the order and re-order They assured me that they could add the shipping and sent me an invoice that I immediately paid The chat rep said that they received the payment and that the shipping would be added 3 days later I inquired on the chat why it still wasn t delivered to which they told me that they forgot to add the faster shipping and that they were sorry Ruined a gift for me and I actually had to ask for the refund to get the shipping charge back Terrible operation and customer service

Poor quality

I purchased the Omnilux face mask but unfortunately the controller stopped working after just over a year I wrote to the customer services team as I was promised a two-year manufacturer s guarantee when I ordered the product however it transpired that the controller was only covered for one year That wasn t made clear when I made the purchase The quality is poor and it s not worth spending so much money on a product you will be able to use for a year only

Stopped working and no replacement

The LED mask stopped turning on even after charging it fully I ve never had an issue with it before this so I contacted their support team to get assistance They were prompt with their reply and polite but said that the LED mask is broken and that there is nothing that can be done except to purchase a new one since it is past the warranty period I ve taken good care of the mask never once dropping it or anything like that so it seems dodgy that such an expensive mask would suddenly stop working At this price point I d expect it to last at least a few years and if it stopped working there would be a better replacement or troubleshooting process I d recommend purchasing a cheaper alternative with the same specs wavelength and number of light bulbs instead of buying from Omnilux At least if it stops working you didn t fork out as much money
