ve been using the Sense Premium Theme on Shopify and I have to say it s a game-changer for my store The theme itself is incredibly robust packed with features that give you endless customization options It does take a little time to fully master but that s completely fine because Hank from their customer service is absolutely amazing He always responds within an hour during business hours and if it s urgent he goes above and beyond to help out Every time I ve needed changes or adjustments they ve been taken care of on the same day The theme also comes with great documentation that explains everything you need to know about setting up and running your website If you re looking for a powerful theme with the best support team this is the one for you Highly recommended

I chose Omni s Eurus theme after tons of research and testing that their response rate was so quick Hank has been always available to help me DAILY with custom coding and clarifying any of my questions building a new Shopify site My client is thrilled with the look and the layout options features and look and Hank is there to explain answer and assist me with every change I need I don t think in my tech career I have ever had better support Highly recommend
