Much better than previous supplier

I was stuck with a previous electricity supplier after a member of staff verbally agreed a contract over the phone which nobody could get us out of Luckily One Energy monitored this for me and finally after 2 years of being stuck on high rates managed to transfer us over to themselves This was 18 months ago and I ve not had an issue since My bills have come down and yes due to COVID it s not as easy or quick to get hold of people like it was before but if you work with them I find they always help with any issues

Left BES in December who were vastly overcharging me on my unit rates Joined One Energy and my is not rates are nearly half what I was on I get regular access to my account manager who provides me with their mobile number and email address No complaints here thanks team
