Brilliant service
Brilliant service I ordered the card and it was with me within two days Couldn t believe it when it dropped through my letterbox really impressed Easy to order and when I contacted customer service they replied promptly and offered me solutions to my request In the end I trusted the post office and I m glad I did The recipient will now have the gift card in time for what I ordered it for Definitely be using them again

Great quick servive
Great quick service My card was cloned and when I went to use it I had zero balance I contacted One for all and within 48 hours they replied stating a new card was on its way with the orginal balance

Zero balance
I received a card as a gift but when I went to use the card it said it had a zero balance I used the online facility to report my issue The next day I received an email apologising for the issue asked to give my postal details and a new card has been issued Very impressed with the ease in which the situation has been resolved

I left my gift card on the self service
I left my gift card on the self service tray and when leaving the department store and then told when returned it was not handed in as it was 3rd party purchase to contact the supplier for help I contacted One4all customer service straight away that I had lost it and in 24hrs from purchase the card would be Activated I then gave all the purchase details and copy of the receipt they kindly arranged to then locate the gift card by card number block it They are now in the process of re-issuing the card in next 5-7 days which I am very ever grateful I so hope it arrives as advised
