Great customer service from Jennifer at One4All Quick response to my query and a nice gesture shown as i had not used the card in over a year Great way to reward employees as a bonus and especially so due to the tax benefit

Despite ordering my vouchers in good time they never arrived in time for Christmas I let a decent amount of time pass giving the busy time that s in it They were dispatched promptly but for an unknown reason never reached me While One4all did their job Emma sympathised with me and offered me a refund and was prompt in doing so Five stars for Emma

Problem Solved within 24 hours

I emailed One4all yesterday because the gift card that I was given from my employer for Christmas was in my maiden name and all my ID docs are in my married name Within 24 hours the whole matter has been resolved and I received my PIN so ready for action It couldn t have been easier The staff are really great

Wendy was so helpful and not only ensured any lost money monthly fee was returned from numerous gift cards she is also replacing expired the cards for me This is so amazing I am so happy after the difficulties trying to use the cards at B Q Thank you
