Put in a complaint but they barely
Put in a complaint but they barely addressed the complaint and gave such a poor response They have no regard for residents and they never will Deepti Sharma seems to have dealt with my complaint or had some involvement We always name people when they ve done good but sometimes naming and shaming is needed Like others have said One Housing should not existHad another complaint that one housing don t want to deal with and want to run away This one was is being dealt with Lisa Sampson who lacks empathy has no regard for the residents and doesn t want to understand their issues properly I an genuinely surprised and shocked that this association is still operating

Here we go again and this time it is
Here we go agaon and this time it is even worst Finally I allowed them to fit my new compi boiler Worst decision ever Maurice I trusted you you let yourself down I suppose now your in management now you dont care So wednesday I let you deal with the fittibg of the new combi So the 2 new guys who done there part Both very PROFESSIONAL they done their part Then I had to wait till the friday for the carpenter to come and finish the under counter work Because of the old still boiler removed it left a 400mm gab It was suggested that i get a 800mm standard cupboard un just to fill the gabs and give me extra storage I was told that you yourself told the carpenter just to fill in the gab Disgusted Unprofessional also just to file in the gabs were the water tank was removed However thus then left the expisted fum and wirewool that kept rats mice from interibg the flat Again i ssid new surtain board should be put in Now it looks Disgusting but trust me it will be out right How dare you Then Friday afternoon another carpenter had to come in to block in the large pipes left running through my bedroom But this is where it gets serious You and You manager told me that the electrician was on his way to finish the job so the combi boiler was working After hours of waiting You told me again he was on his way and your manager told me he would be there by 5pm 7pm still no one shows up i texted you and your manager to update you you both ignored me The flat is now freezing no heat hot water So saturday I called your excuses of an emergency out of hour serious Must be an over contract for doing nothing I am now down a very serious flu cold I had flu jab last week to protect me but it didn t protect me from One Housing Im sitting in freezing flat COUGHING etc all brought on because if you and Ine Housing I request a full investigation into this matter as this is negligence I will update by sendinf official complaint

Absolutly atrocious
Absolutly atrocious This housing association shouldb t exist They are very transphobic and have no respect for their tenants Their inaction for repairs has caused a friend of mine to die due to the disrepair of the property I personally have had to get lawyers involved to get my own property up to code and they have sent falsified documents to try and shift the blame I hope that the company goes into liquidation the ceos need to get their heads out of thier asses and improve their service Would recommend anyone who considers moving inro a onehousing property to run as far as you can and don t look back You are better off elsewhere

Appalling worthless organisation They flooded my daughter s flat part of the ceiling is down and then took no responsibility to put things right Left them in an inhabitable property and walked away Looking at other reviews gives the same bleak picture They should be shut down

Here s the corrected version of your
The most useless company ever Someone parked in my space for many weeks and they couldn t help me with anything despite managing the property They kept transferring me to a colleague who always said someone else was responsible Massive time-wasters and in the end the problem was not solved Even today I am still struggling to get this done I had to go through the council and police to try to get this sorted and guess what no progress Avoid at all costs as they don t respect their clients

The worst in the bottom tier service
I last left a review in June 2024 about the damaged front door 15 months on and I m still made to spin around for updates on when the door will be replaced Had a new boiler and 4 months in I ve had 6 engineers attend to the problem of no hot water and gas Was promised an urn and portable heaters to be delivered on Tuesday and I asked the items to be delivered to a neighbour as I had to go to work They refused and I had to miss work because I was desperate and have a vulnerable person Three days to writing this review I ve received nothing We ve had to boil pots of water for our baths which was more dangerous in case one slipped and fell carrying it To add insult OHG then sends me a text that I m in arrears Yes I know and I pay my rent on time and same date in full I don t get paid every day or every other day or weekly or fortnightly either but monthly So pls keep your knickers on and be good and just may be I ll pay it this time round Time you ll also do the chasing as you make me chase for repairs You shouldn t exist as a landlord Your services are the worst of the bottom tier I would give a Zero rating if it was available 1 is too generous

The worst housing association ever
The worst housing association ever They have driven me insane They have cost me so much money I don t even know where to begin I m taking my case up with the ombudsman I can t even park my car in its bay for the past 3 months neither can any of the other residents that is still ongoing so we are all getting tickets slapped on which one housing don t care less about A leak from one of their pipes has been billed to me for over 3000 How ridiculous I m fighting that too I pay in my tv contract but one housing haven t fixed the aerial for months now so I pay my bills but no tv They never read or reply to emails even if you send 20 of the same email The whole organisation is an absolute joke They have made me unwell and affected my performance as a full time carer These people should be investigated

Persistent problems with lifts
Persistent problems with lifts They keep on going wrong and never get fixed properly Once again there is no access for people with mobility issues to their own homes No matter how many emails we send or phonecalls we make the problem keeps recurring and all we get are generic replies about passing it on to the relevant team No wonder they never get better than a bad rating

Their properties have flammable cladding on them which they have known about and refuse to do anything about it They don t care about the people who live in their properties and that s evident in other reviews I ve read These people should be shut down and prosecuted

Staff are hired more for their
Staff are hired more for their diversity than competency Most unprofessional standards Do not do repairs took them to court twice and still didn t do them just kept lying Had to step by step coach several members if staff how ro do a mutual exchange and a rent refund They hire ineffective people on purpose I had to move out after one year because they are so bad If I could zero stars I would
