Onelife Fitness operates like a billing machine not a gym After months of barely using the location 1 2 visits month I decided to cancel Instead of honoring my decision I was told I must either pay a fee or provide documentation to justify why I no longer want their service That is outrageous No one should have to fight to exit a service they no longer need Equipment is outdated conditions are worsening and service is cold and robotic I ve filed complaints with the FTC and Attorney General This is a predatory membership model Do not sign up
