From the offset the Peloton store assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all products and encouraged me to have a go I decided to place an order with Shakila at John Lewis in Trafford Centre she kept in touch with me during the whole process and even helped me with any questions I had throughout Once the bike arrived it was brought in and set up by the very pleasant and courteous delivery persons Since joining I have loved every minute There are so many classes to choose from both on and off the bike The instructors are great and give so much encouragement Each workout is fun and time flies by I m definitely in this for the long run and couldn t be happier with my purchase I m looking forward to seeing the results as every day I feel fitter and healthier
