Dont waste time Try another distributor

They are fraud They blocked my account for some false claims even I produced all the legal documents but they are not ready to listen at all and every time they are replying with automated copy paste answer They are holding my revenue over 1200 USD Its been more than six months and they are not releasing my fund Its very frustrating situation totally helpless for my own earned revenue

Hello I lost access to my emails

Hello I m Dcrichie by stage name and I lost my email address that logins to my ONErpm account ever since then I haven t been able to access my dashboard Please I need a change of email address to my new email address so I can gain access back to my ONErpm

AVOID AT ALL COST

Please avoid them I ve distributed only five songs with them and afterwards they rejected all other songs I tried to send to them My releases never got onto Itunes Apple Music because it was rejected from them and my music never even got on youtube content id Even worse sometimes they rejected my release from youtube sometimes and other stores for no reason Their publishing platform is VERY strict into letting people in I ve gotten rejected many times and ONErpm never said anything about acceptance rate Their support is horrible and vague I tried to delete my account but they said my account can t leave the platform Anyways I switched to MUCH better distributors like RouteNote and TuStreams

Customer service is a waist of time

Customer service is a waist of time They take forever to respond and when they do they never address the concern Also now instead of emailing you to your personal email they use a ticket system which you can t access unless your logged in which is helpless when they sign you out for no reason and don t except your log in info instead they make you use some random code they say they will email you but never do I would HIGHLY recommend against using this platform

If I could give them zero stars I would One day I was trying to log in and upload some music I couldn t I contacted them and they sent me a canned response saying that after reviewing my account they have decided to end the relationship between us I asked them why and I got a canned response saying they could not distribute my work for editorial reasons They never directly answered the question People are entitled to have their legitimate questions answered by a place they are doing business with I don t recommend that at all There are much better free and low cost distributors

The shi tiest experience everSlow as f ck super crappy support seem to be unable to fulfil even the smallest parts of their agreement Total and utter sh t I m so frustrated that it s killing me I ll leave them as soon as the rest of the services begin delivering to Russia again

Total fraudsters I agree never really payd me what Im due I put them to the test with opening up a Napster account about 8 months ago payed the subscription fee and listened to my my music day and night Just to end up not getting any Napster reports or any royalties I m really frustrated at the moment but I ll rather start to upload my music with cdbaby again

Customer Service is impossible to reach I ve emailed many times I don t want to work with you I said delete my songs there s been no response for 15 days if you have any sense stay away from this distributor
