Good support made for a good experience
I had a very good experience using OneSimCard Universal on a one week trip to Costa Rica I am glad that I will be bale to keep the sim card for trips to come An advantage of using this service rather than buying a sim card abroad is that you can test it out before leaving home I would suggest doing this two weeks before leaving home I say this because I did have a problem with the original US number associated with the sim - it worked for calls but not for texts This was unacceptable for my situation I worked with the company and they eventually issued a new number that worked properly Although the initial problem should not have happened I was impressed with the support system that solved the problem I am sure they would have been able to do this if I was abroad but it would have been more anxiety producing The support team also works hard to keep up with the different phone models and frequent changes in operating systems I think that good support is the key advantage of this product

Reasonably priced world phone made possible
My iPhone with OneSimCard and has been used worldwide for a few years now It has worked flawlessly and was especially appreciated while traveling during COVID times Customer service has been excellent

OneSim card user for over 15 years
I have used OneSim card for over 15 years in several different phones and when I was resident in several different countries The instructions for plans phone and data usage etc can be quite complicated and the answer to this is to take time to read through everything thoroughly The customer service is outstanding even for real dummies I use OneSim with a personal extra number and VoiP instead of any local Canadian providers Might be a little pricier but you know what international telecommunications are complicated and this company is far more reliable and skilled than most other providers in global terms Remember it was Estonians that developed Skype

Reliable service and great value for money
I recently purchased OneSimCard s Europe More sim card to use with my Figo Atrium 5 5 phone Having used three other international cell phone service providers in the past I can honestly say that OneSimCard is the most reliable and affordable service provider I have used The service worked perfectly on my trip to the UK and I particularly enjoyed having the option to purchase a data package Checking my balance was straightforward and the OneSimCard app helped with dialing international numbers I d recommend this company to anyone and plan to use them on my next trip
