Top customer services It turned out the package was missing one item no big deal just a timer switch But I also had a bulb from them which appeared to be faulty it was emitting some sort of vapour anyway and although this did clear itself up instead of telling me it s fine they were very concerned and asked me not to use the bulb at all they re sending another out instead It s nice to know this company cares about the safety of their customers and it was no bother arranging a replacement bulb or getting the timer switch sent out - all sorted over one email Kieran gave me a call off the back of my email shows how quickly they wanted to resolve it 10 10 recommend It s really decent kit for the price too

A bit of a two part review here My original order took a few days to arrive and unfortunately it contained the wrong items A quick message with a picture to them to let them know and they sorted it immediately with no fuss and on a next day delivery Very promt customer service and good price point means I will be ordering from them again
