Like many other ppl on here I received a package containing green plastic valued at 15 48 I did not order this and don t understand how they have my name address and phone number printed on the label should I be worried about this Again like other ppl my package had a label from one world house covering the original label from orange connex

The parcel was never delivered

The parcel was never delivered even though the tracking information said that it had been put through my mail slot Not even possible that this could happen The parcel contained 2 lots of bedding and I have a very small letter box When you ring the given contact phone number you are told this is an incorrect number please re-dial Not even worthy of ONE star

Never ordered parcel andd charge

Received a parcel from them with a commercial invoice for 11 98 for enclosed 2 white trainer laces 105cm long weighing 0 015 kg which I have never ordered There was no information other than return to one world house pump lane hayes and my mobile phone number according to GDPR they must provide me with whom I have given permission for them to receive this data So this is asking for this bet I never get it Steve

Avoid like the plague

Like so many others i received a Chinese knot probably worth 20p valued at 40 I spent an hour searching through my various online accounts to see if it showed up anywhere it didn t One World Express can only use the excuse of innocence ignorance for so long They must have the details of these companies and so could stop this at source But alas it s a profitable exercise with maybe a hint of collusion

Inadvertently or not this company is clearly part of a brushing scam Items being delivered to people who have not ordered them in order to gain the ability to give a 5-star review to their own product This company may be merely a delivery service but maybe they need better eyes on who uses them

Empty package Scalping Received a small jiffy style envelope with my name on Nothing in it return address is One World House Pump Lane Hayes London UB3 3NB Value for customs is 25 68gbp and weight is 5 grams The trouble is the so called declaration is a legal agreement and yes the label is put over the top of a supplier called Orange Connex Does not relate to any order Orange Connex is a weird 4th party delivery company apparently working for eBay Some one needs to investigate them as they have harvested my details from eBay so who else are they harvesting information on

Today a cheap rubbish kids keyring arrived via royal mail One world Express Valued supposedly at a laughable 9 99 not worth 0 9p Never ordered this checked ebay amazon nothing matches Is this a scam I shall report to Citizens Advice Consumerline Trading Standards This is not acceptable practice
