Ordered two sets of FG144 flood lights One set had a defective power supply After some back and forth with the company they finally agreed to replace the entire defective unit and told me to keep the defective one The products are ok not great but okay if you don t have any high expectations It s tough to beat the pricing I got for 5 flood lights that can be app controlled so I m not going to knock them too hard for the limited customization Anyway decent company with decent products

I wrote an E-mail asking for help on a weekend not expecting a reply till the following Monday I got a response roughly an hour later Unlike most I wasn t made to meal like the bad person there was no blame thrown around simply steps for reaching a resolution steps for resolve were simply and clear with examples this shows me that the company cares enough about its employees that the employees care for the customer I will continue all my DJ lighting needs from Onforu and recommend this company to all my friends 10stars
