My order arrived this morning next 10 days yea so it s rufleey 7-10 days journey Package strictly -safety wrapped with Boveda Cigars are just awesome Fresh I was in the middle of a hard attack because in the last years we got a Tax Fee of 250 -350 only for 10-15 cigars Hopefully they continue like that with that customer service and cigar prices just awesome they kick down all online web pages for now Soon I ll order again thanks online cigar team 5 Star from me

My order arrived within 5 days They were excellently wrapped and in perfect condition They also email a tracking reference which I did not need I will use them again and would recommend using thier service especially as the prices are competitive

Pleasantly surprised
After reading most of the reviews which were 95 negative especially from their customers in Europe I expected the worst more so considering i am in Africa My order was delivered 20 days later in great condition could safely say 2 or 3 days were delays on the local customs side in all honesty Please keep up the good work am 100 happy and will definitely be ordering more

Second order from online cigars got
Second order from online cigars got stuck in customs for two three weeks but finally got here all packaged great no other issues dealt with Rachel who answered any questions I had and reassured me about my order so apart from being held up alls good really happy with the service and will be ordering again soon
