Extremely poor service uploaded the photos twice and they messed me around for 4 days and then cancelled the order don t waste your time using these jokers they haven t got a clue and have a fake trustpilot score on there website

Buy from Asda in store but avoid online

Made the mistake of trying again Asda online shopping Big mistake Asda shopping in store i can recommend but there online shopping is a nightmare To there credit there customer suport team resolved over chargeing issue of 53 98 from a total order of 74 but still had the stress and worry to contend with plus had to go to store to buy shopping that was not delivered

Dreadful service No aftercare Take forever to respond Take your money then leave you hanging for days upon days Very disappointed in your customer care you should NOT be dealing with patients Particularly ones with serious mental health Don t be fooled no patient care just want your money

Not impressed Keep being told visit your chemist to save going to the doctor so Mrs did this they told her to go to doctors which she did doctor told her she could ve gone to chemist as the treatment was over counter So much for saving NHS doctors time They need better trained people

Do not use Asda online doctor I am trying to get my money back on an order that they refused to prescribe but have kept the 192 50 Getting through to them is very hard you then speak to someone who cannot help or won t help Have now had to involve my bank to put the payment into dispute This is not run professionally and needs to be properly regulated and I will be making a formal complaint

Mounjaro pen failed and was told I had to wait 60 days before replacement Go elsewhere - don t use ASDA pharmacy It s a headache and you have to start treatment again from lowest dose after waiting 60 days Take your money and do not support

I ve only put one star because that s the only way you can get to leave a review I ve bought the weight loss pen from Asda 4 times and three out of 4 times my pen stopped working on the 2nd to last dose and the last of us I bought another pen on the 26th of November 2024 went to use the pen It did not work took it to Asda Leyton Mill Where they checked it and told me they were no good spoke to someone on the telephone they reassured me sent me emails in my Asda online box to say they re gonna send a new pen out after being in touch with them back backwards and forwards I decided to phone they told me I would not be receiving my pen which cost me 193 And I would not be receiving a replacement they are cons they are thief for a big company I would not recommend as that to anyone How could you send out a product which is not working and then tell me that I I m gonna lose out either way do not buy this from Asda because they re a con artist They re just out to rip people off for their money MAUNJARO PEN Do not buy this from Asda they are total rip offs they can artist their thieves they re no good
