Quite possibly the worst experience I ve had with a company Had absolutely zero contact with the seller and when I tried to amend my order I could not get through to anyone Tired three different channels and still no response Do not use

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS For a funeral delivery which I had planned to deliver the day before the funeral - they delivered two days before which means the flowers will be awful for the service I would not even give this company one star DO NOT USE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING AND SINGULARLY UNHELPFUL

If I could give zero stars I would Muscled to the top of a Google search for Interflora thanks a lot Google Said they could deliver next day 15th April for our wedding anniversary Failed to deliver on 15 or 16 April Now got an email on 17 April saying again that they have the order and will deliver on 15 April

Rude impatient and very disrespectful
So rude on the Phone I don t even want to give a single star for this company I was trying to order some flowers for my wife and we asked for a proper invoice which I want to keep for my reference But the lady we were talking totally lost her patience and called us fraudulent and said she will report us My order number at point of sale was 10931 I would suggest not buying anything from this company as the response you are likely to get is one of hostility and impatience and somebody constantly interrupting you and not allowing you to explain yourself properly I am fairlt new to this country and have always always found English people to be so charming and polite but it s quite the opposite with with this company

Do not use
Do not use failed to deliver when promised and would not cancel my order Delivery made 3 days later and as you would expect flowers not fresh or presentable as they were with a carrier all this time Customer service is non existent Expensive mistake will stick with interflora next time

No updates no delivery sad bad experience
I ordered late on a Friday evening assuming next day delivery Have tried to track the order or follow up online but no way to contact them that works Really sad that the flowers I ordered for someone not well which would have cheered them up hugely on the day we were due to go out for dinner were not delivered Even worse I have NO idea when they will be - and therefore may not wvwn be home to get them Shame on the company

Do Not Use- Failed to deliver funeral flowers and refused to refund
Failed to deliver Funeral flowers for my Aunts funeral when my mother who is 78 and had just buried her younger sister rang the following day to query she was told they tried to deliver several times but no body was in to accept delivery It s a funeral directors I have since spoken to the directors who confirm that that could not have been the case As my mother was extremely upset by this point I offered to speak to them on her behalf I Initially spoke to Rachel who eventually agreed to process a refund 2 weeks later still no refund and after calling again today the gentleman I spoke to was beyond rude and again tried to blame the funeral directors and then royal mail completing the conversation by saying Rachel was just an employee and had no authorisation to process a refund Apparently this gentleman was the person in charge Absolutely horrendous and upsetting experience

100 avoid this company promised next day delivery but never happened when I rang the man was very rude and said they tried to deliver and nobody was in which was a lie as my sister never left the house all day then when they delivered the next day the flowers where half dead avoid avoid avoid

The real test I believe of any company
The real test I believe of any company is when something goes wrong I sent an email explaining my delivery wasn t quite as ordered I received an initial email acknowledging this advising me to also forward it to head office and being told the person emailing me would do the same I duly forwarded my initial email This was responded to by another person who apologised and advised how they proposed to deal with the issue I was very happy with the proposal I was very impressed with the way this was dealt with So even though a mistake was made I was so impressed by the way this company dealt with matters that I feel they should get Five Stars
