I purchased a pair of safety glasses with lenses fitted I had to enter the details of my glasses prescription into their website I received my glasses promptly I discovered that i had made an error when entering the lens details I contacted Onlineopticiansuk explainded my error they agreed immediately to replace with the correct lens details I received my new pair within 3 days I am happy with my glasses and extremely happy with the service I received

The refurbished glasses are excellent All work done as agreed and they really are like a brand new pair and at a fraction of the cost at e g Specsavers Just a comment not really a criticism - the process seemed to take longer than I was expecting and the Royal Mail delivery was held up for reasons which I couldn t fathom But overall I am delighted with the end result
