Excellent from start to finish We were on a tight schedule as we were having some landscape work done the gate being an integral part The gate was delivered on time at the beginning of January despite COVID and Christmas The quality is excellent and it looks great You can often judge a company by the way it deals with problems In our case when the builder came to fit the gate yesterday one of the handles had been incorrectly included the builder came up with a work around This morning literally the next day Paul from the company arrived on the North Yorkshire coast as promised at 08 30 with the correct handle which he d fitted by 08 40 Problem solved What more can I say - amazing service and as I said it looks great Thank you

Excellent gates We love our new gates and they weren t particularly difficult to fit if you re half decent at a bit of DIY and have the right tools We had them fitted within a few hours and they look gorgeous A special praise to the delivery driver who even gave some longer fixings as I was fitting through a batton into the wall to fix ours and he couldn t have been more helpful

I purchased a set of driveway vertical infill aluminum gates in black powder coating and when they arrived I couldn t believe how sleek and smart they looked Because they were being converted to electric opening gates I explained to the company that I needed extra strong steel posts and they were very helpful in explaining what I needed and supplied the gate caps and fixings which arrived with the gates Every one of my neighbours has said how beautiful my drive looks now with these very impressive gates at the side of my house I m absolutely delighted as they were easy and light to handle easy to fix and easy to convert to electric opening with an underground electric system The company were very helpful each time I called them and I felt as if they cared about me and my gates Even the delivery men were helpful so thank you On Line security gates for a great product and a helpful service

So from the second the delivery driver stopped on our drive the service products and support from OnLineSecurityGates has been exceptional The Gate posts and materials for the price are exceptional quality if I had paid twice as much I would have been happy might not have stayed on the website though but that s another story All delivered perfectly and by a driver who helped my wife with the boxes so nothing got damaged Then we chose NOT to follow the instructions and fitted the gate ourselves this meant we needed a non stock item I called in and spoke to a gentlemen who I ll call Spike to say that my articulation of what I was trying to achieve was well completely confusing is an understatement Spike simply said email me and I will do some digging I totally put the phone down and thought argh what now less than two days working days later Spike has not only taken it upon himself to find my order he s sent out the part we needed FOR FREE Epic product great service and even better after care Nice one Spike you know who you are
