Gretel was very helpful in planning every stage of our trip She also coordinated everything with the couple we were traveling with We have booked another cruise through her with 3 couples this time

Company followed up on all requests and all perks were that were offered were applied to our cruise We had a guaranteed balcony cabin that met our needs Ireland Doyle stayed in contact and was very responsive to all of our questions

We have used OVC for years

We have used OVC for years Most recently we booked an Eastern Caribbean Cruise through Marie White at OVC aboard the Azamara Journey Two months before we were to depart I was diagnosed with lung cancer I emailed Marie and asked what the protocol was if we needed to cancel She responded quickly with concern for my health and detailed the steps we would need to take should we need to cancel I was able to get treatment for my cancer and still able to go on the cruise It was a wonderful reprieve for what was going on in my life Marie called after we returned to ask about the cruise but also my health We look forward to a future cruise with OVC and using Marie White

The travel agent is excellent and very helpful

My travel agent was on board She was accessible and very friendly She arranged a special brunch get together for her clients early in the cruise She gave us a sail away gift and kept in touch during the cruise Susan was an absolute gem
