I always have to call customer service
I always have to call customer service to help me purchase the Frozen 4 hockey tournament tickets They had me down as purchasing final 4 volleyball tickets I had to call again to cancel the volleyball tickets and to purchase the hockey tickets On Location customer service helps me alot I wish it wasn t so difficult to purchase tickets online

Very Helpful Customer Service Representatives
My wife and I decided to spend the extra money to obtain prime seating for both the 2025 NCAA South Regional in Atlanta and the 2025 NCAA Final Four in San Antonio Although the cost was higher than we were initially expecting to pay the seats should be great and we are looking forward to both events The customer service representatives were very outgoing and helped us secure aisle seats which we really needed given our difficulty with stairs and maneuvering over people in the middle of a row
