Terrible
They said they would deliver yesterday and so my wife was home all day BUT guess what They never delivered It is supposed to be a premium delivery service but it is terrible To all the companies using OnSend you should reconsider They are terrible and they never answer my calls Really frustrating

DO NOT USE
Like everyone else the service is horrific - late uncontactable and the delivery never arrives although being promised everyday PB Tech uses them You are better to arrange pick up yourself unless you want to wait 2 weeks

Agree with all the terrible reviews here - the service is terrible and they don t seem to care how customers are affected by their inability to simply do what they are supposed to which is collect packages on behalf of buyers and deliver them timeously How difficult can that be The only thing worse than their ability to deliver goods in a reasonable timeframe is the incompetence of the customer services team If you do manage to contact them with a query expect only vague promises to check where your item is and have it delivered soon Tracking status for ONS88802 has been in progress since 29 Nov and it s now 10 Dec for an Auckland to Auckland delivery Go figure

My experience with Onsend was awful
My experience with Onsend was awful Although they picked up my delivery promptly I received no updates for two weeks and their responses to my emails were unhelpful and vague To my dismay I discovered that they had lost my order and had to request a replacement from the store The second delivery also went poorly I was instructed to be home for the delivery but received no communication from Onsend throughout the day Eventually they informed me that they couldn t deliver and that I needed to reschedule It was a complete waste of my time I recommend avoiding this company Unfortunately they serve as a third-party shipping company for stores like TreasureBox and despite their straightforward task they don t seem capable of executing it effectively

Non-existent communication late delivery
Terrible communication worser than NZ Post I had a bed delivered by Onsend 1 The driver did not come on the day I was booked and there was no communication about why the implication of this was I ended up having surgery being away and couldn t get the delivery until 7-days later so I had no bed to sleep in for one week 2 I messaged four times on the tracking link page using the message us function and had zero replies 3 once I finally got a link about my delivery it said to click to choose a delivery day but then did not offer any choices a very passive aggressive experience forcing you into their choice and frustrating to simply have no choice 4 there was zero communication about the ETA despite me messaging and asking four times for this the implication of not having a delivery eta on a bed was that I had to clear my calendar just to be available and on standby all day because of this I missed half a day of work and are behind on key meetings Overall this is the worst and most frustrating delivery experience I ve ever had The proprietary technology and app they have is valueless and does not get outcomes it does the opposite and creates problems I do not recommend this service

Worst delivery service in NZ
Worst delivery service in NZ The delivery was made today by two individuals who left the desk at the lift entrance of my building without offering any assistance in bringing it to my apartment The distance between the lift of my building and my apartment is approximately 100 meters and due to the weight and size of the desk it was almost impossible for me to move it alone Unfortunately in my attempt to move the desk I suffered a back injury which could have been avoided if the delivery staff had offered me some assistance I requested the delivery staff for their assistance in bringing the desk to my apartment but they rejected my request They said it s not the part of the delivery To my surprise one of the individuals even asked me to pay extra for their help which I believe is completely unacceptable I was under the impression that the delivery service provided by OnSend included the delivery of the item to the customer s desired location which clearly did not happen in my case I believe that it is the responsibility of the delivery staff to assist customers with moving heavy items to their desired location Very disappointed

Agree with all the bad review I myself are dealing with exactly what others mentioned Initially I booked for a delivery date on Wed June 21 On June21 there was absolutely no communication from Onsend and I had waited around till 1pm and decided to contact JB Hifi my order from there Later on there was a guy from Onsend rang me back said the parcel still in Auckland and hasn t reached Christchurch will be delivered on Friday June23 And today it is Friday Same thing again I am waiting and heard nothing Rang them again but then same answer your parcel hasn t reached Christchurch maybe will be delivered on Monday I said I cannot off work again on Monday waiting for nothing and the staff said well sorry you have to book for another day Just really frustrated and I have sent my feedback to JB Hifi Paid 85 for order delivery from JB Hifi using Onsend service is absolutely not worth the experience at all And I don t think they understand how bad it affect to customer with this kind of courier service Do not reccomend
