Table is marked and will be returned

Ordered a marble top table After waiting 2 months for it to be re-stocked the table was delivered but it is covered in marks like thread veins across the top of it After two emails and a phone call they offered to send out a re-polisher who has not showed up Considering this was c 1 000 this is really disappointing and I have now asked for a refund no response yet

Eames Style Ultra Lux Lounger

I bought an Eames style lounge chair from Onske just over a year ago It was their top model the Ultra Lux It arrived with Chinese writing in chalk all over the leather This could be washed off but a little worrying The main problem was the ottoman This arrived wobbling about like crazy and one side was cut very poorly and uneven You could see the cushion way above half of one side of the wood I spoke with Martina throughout this purchase Apart from an admin service that seems to answer the phone she is the only person I ever spoke to there so I assume it s a one man band setup Like a previous reviewer was told it could be mended by their polisher even though the problem was wood missing not sure how a polish would resolve that I asked for a replacement ottoman to be sent out Martina agreed and said it would be sent out in the new year I never heard anymore in the new year and had to chase A replacement ottoman frame minus the cushion was sent out eventually but when I swapped the cushion over this replacement was even worse than the original I also learnt from this exercise that the base plastic of the cushion has holes that appear to have just been hacked away rather than machined to allow it to fit to the stand All in all for a 1200 item very very poor quality I called back and explained this stand was even worse several times but never heard from Martina again I have called several more times throughout last year and have never been called back as promised each time and Martina is never available if I give my name When you re enquiring or looking to buy from Onske Martina is the most helpful person you ll speak to Once the item has been sold it s a completely different story The website uses very slick marketing images and content to convince you they are a decent supplier but it s certainly not the experience I or others have had If Onske wish to dispute any of the above I have it all evidenced with pictures

Terrible customer care

I have been trying to order a two seater Barcelona chair I have rang them at least 5 times over the last month or so I have also e mailed them and got no response I keep being told by their sales staff that they have marked my enquiry urgent They give the impression that they are a one man band I have even lodged a complaint and heard nothing I am loath to spend thousands of pounds on their products if they cannot respond to a simple enquiry They have no one you can speak to or a complaints dept other than a sales team member who tells you to e mail them which I did Worst customer care I have ever come across Be warned

I have had a successful sales business

I have had a successful sales business for 35 years and I can honestly say that Onske UK is the worst Company I have ever dealt with I wrote for some simple after sales assistance on 16 2 22 to Martina the sales co- ordinator and owner I have now spoken to 6 members from their call centre who have assured me that they have chased Martina yet to no avail My follow up emails have also been ignored Martina cannot be reached Unbelievable Do not deal with this Company

Given that Onske haven t put my review on their website where I originally put it so I ll post it here as well to give people a better balance The company was good to deal with delivery was okay The chair looks the part and the leather and wood looks very good There are plenty of replicas of these chairs out there most cheaper than Onske I went for Onske as I believed they would offer a higher quality replica as expressed by them Unfortunately one of the most important contingents of the chair receives a tangible lack of attention in the production The foam and batting used in the cushions is cheap and of poor quality It is especially noticeable in the main seat cushion and the lower back cushion When sat it feels hard under on your rear The metal clip that is attached to the chair back to hold the lower back cushion can be felt digging into my back really quite painful after a while I have had to remove the metal clip and also add extra batting to the lower back cushion which has improved it Not sure what to do about the main seat cushion I will probably get all the cushions re-filled by an upholsterer with better quality foam and batting for it to have any longevity

The products are not good quality

The products are not good quality My chair split and the company didn t take responsibility to replace it Instead they said to take it to local furniture repair I do not recommend this company and will never buy again

The chair really is beautiful and has surpassed my expectations I highly recommend this company
