Fraudulent website I tried to use their low price to get the same product from a well known UK s electronic company through price match promise After they run checks to match price I was informed that it s not a legitimate business On top of that the address is a residential area which can be clearly seen on google maps

Wouldn t recommend Took money for goods I didn t receive The bank are investigating them as we speak The transport company they use don t respond I ve asked for a refund from the company and they agreed to it but then the transport company have emailed me saying my goods are lost in transit and will issue a refund Bizarre as surely the company who I bought the goods from will refund me STILL NO REFUND AS OF THE 27TH JANUARY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Its a Scam Site I am going to get onto my bankI ordered a camera its not come now says its been lost from a site called Go Transit Shipping and Courier Services which I have never heard off EditThe site now been taken down and visa are looking into it

AVOID THESE SCAMMERSPlease avoid these scammers Ordered XBox on 13th Jan and asked to make a paymeny by revolut received confirmation followed by email from courier GoTransit Then got an email to sign up for Revolut and get 20 credit which I ignored On 18th when it was meant you delivered Courier advised its delayed and will be delivered on 20th Comes 20th Courier send another email saying its lost in transit and they ll issue refund When I contact seller I was asked to use tracking reference I am surprised Courier is issuing refund and not the seller that s if I get a refund I have very unhappy kids who isny getting birthday present on time and will be reporting these fraudsters to my credit card provider It s a way of getting getting people to sign up for Revolut and get comission on it as referral

Scam site that steals money I ordered a steam deck and the day it was to be delivered I got a notice that it was lost I don t know how this happend because 3 days prior I demanded a refund Seems like a lot of people had this experience I found one of the scammers on Facebook he is linked to his company address so I m passing his info on to police

Onthesilkroad and Go Transit seem to be working in money laundering or something very similar to it They sell you a to good to be true item then loose it They refund you from a different account than the original Both companies have 1 person working both have residential addresses Polish and Romanian all recent positive reviews are new users only ever made 1 review and also have European names Even if you want to collect the item they ask for payment first I guarantee before your told it s ready they will contact you and say it s lost etc etc Also a company must never process payments through another company this is illegal and a way of avoiding tax and the likes Be warned this is a SCAM company Check their business on companies house you will see yourself Anyone affected by the we lost your parcel scam must report this to trading standards the more that report the quicker they will be shutdown

This company is a scam I have had the same experience as others They say the product will be delivered by a non existent company But then it is mysteriously lost in transit You can check for yourself go transit do not exist They claim they will give a refund but they will not The transit company also claim they will refund you not the original site which makes no sense Do not believe the replies to these comments Safe yourself the grief I have had several hundred pounds stolen and have found the whole experience very traumatic The person running this is cruel and has left lots of innocent people out of pocket
