Extremely poor communication skills The technicians should contact you to inform you what time they ll be there I m stuck at home with a small baby with no food in the house because they can t communicate Irritating I will not use this service again

Company unreliable and no customer service

This company are unreliable we have sent 6 packages with them and not one arrived on time There is no number to call to ask where the package is or what the delay is You can only speak to someone on the phone if you want to open a new account Do not use them terrible service we will definately not be using them again

The worst company for delivering my package has been in Malaga for one week and they would not deliver The telefon number for customer support does not work and nobody returns the emails Terrible

Disgraceful and Dishonest

Waited for 3 days for delivery but nobody ever arrived You don t get a time slot so you just have to wait the whole day Each day driver claimed we weren t at home but this is a lie Then he marked the parcel as delivered We were at home waited at the time he did not arrive I requested proof of photo of delivery recipient signature and the delivery van reg number so I could confirm with security that the van had never been on site but these requests were ignored Amazon I hope will reimburse our 200 euro loss it is still pending This company would not last long in the UK What a disgrace Literally daylight robbery with no recourse Do yourself and your friends a favour and please do not ever use this lot Looks at the reviews Never seen anything that bad Do they simply not care Well clearly not

What an absolute shi -show this company is Have been waiting for a delivery for five days now for a treadmill I ordered from Amazon Spain The driver alleges that we were not at home on three of the occasions he tried to deliver - what a blatant lie We were at home waiting for this delivery On one day he was in my street and asked a couple of passers-by if they knew my address and guess what he was parked right outside my house and failed to see the large numbers of the house on the wall where he was parked Ontime also have the audacity to say that I should verify the reason for the return with your supplier Ontime is the reason for the return to the seller due to the incompetence of their driver I am awaiting a response from Amazon so that I can get a refund and will go elsewhere for my treadmill

Delivered a broken TV
