A wonderful personal and seamless holiday

We ve just returned from a most memorable safari centred holiday Thanks to the expert guidance of Will and Carol arranging our first visit to Southern Africa wasn t overwhelming They listened to our wishes and made valuable suggestions to create a bespoke hassle free package On Track Safari s recommendations provided us with a perfect balance of experiences Initially we enjoyed time to explore Cape Town before embarking on the key safari element OTS s suggestion to experience 3 safari reserves in the Kruger proved ideal as each lodge environment and experience of wildlife was notably varied Our wish list of animal sightings was quickly ticked off We followed these amazing encounters with a short visit to Victoria Falls where we were again thrilled with the recommended lodge and transfer arrangements Our next requirement was for some rest and relaxation at a beach and the suggestion to spend time at Sava Dunes in Mozambique was perfect Finally because we were due to return home from Johannesburg we wanted to explore that area too After having a day to explore the city and It s townships ourselves OTS helped us to create a unique day with a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide to visit the Pretoria area OTS created a WhatsApp group to maintain communication whilst we were travelling which was reassuring and provided important information and updates Thanks very much Carol and Will for such a wonderful seamless holiday

Superbly put together experience by On Track Safaris We were a group of 6 visiting 3 different camps The accommodation service and game drives were all first class We all had a holiday to remember and would definitely recommend On Track Safaris We stayed at Rukiya Africa on Foot and Jackalberry Lodge all different but very special in their own way The leopard conservation work at Rukiya was interesting to hear about and we wish them good luck in the future with this Africa on Foot was a great place to try out walking safaris we felt safe at all times with out guide and tracker Jacalberry was a fantastic base to explore the Thornybush Game Reserve The weather had been poor but we were lucky with our stay just getting rained off once However the conditions were challenging for the drivers and trackers but they all put their heart and soul into making it a very special experience All the people involved were knowledgeable enthusiastic and friendly First class trip

On Track Safaris - The Best

I can t say enough about On Track Safaris They put together an awesome trip for a friend and myself in 2016 to South Africa They found the perfect camps for us in the Sabi Sands I also went on there trip into the Pantanal in South America to see the Jaguars the beautiful birds and the highlight was the Giant Anteater On both trips everything was in perfect order and we were well taken care of with lodging Have a trip planned for 2020 and unfortunately it is off but I am already planning for 2021

Snow Leopards 2022

An outstanding trip with decent snow leopard wolf and other wildlife sightings The accommodation and food were first class Snow Leopard Lodge is a little basic but it was very comfortable and warm The guides and spotters at Snow Leopard Lodge were excellent spending many hours searching the high mountains Don t expect the close encounters of animals which you may be used to from African safaris However the thrill of seeing something so rare is just as good At our request On Track booked us an extension to Satpura and Kaziranga parks Both were excellent with great viewings although as expected tigers were not the main attraction Again the accommodation and guides were first class The On Track support team in India made our transfers and flights run very smoothly We booked this trip pre-covid and it was well worth the waiting for We have travelled many times with On Track Safaris and their quality and value for money is head and shoulders above any other company

One of the best trips I ve ever been on It was a congenial group with an excellent guide The accommodations were good and the food was excellent The variety of birds and animals was amazing I d travel with this company again and have already recommended it to friends

I ve traveled with On Track at least five times On Track knows the right places to go so that you can see and do the things you want This trip had the perfect choices for seeing wildlife enjoying good food and spending quality time with friends I loved all of the lodges we stayed in and couldn t be happier with the experience They are attentive to their customers and to details Carol kept me up to date with the changing situation with covid She also ensured that everything I needed for testing was in place for moving between countries I also always received prompt replies when I had questions even when I was actually on the trip If you want excellent recommendations and bookings and attention use On Track to book your next safari whether that s in South Africa the Pantanal or India I ve done them all and loved them all

Safari South Africa

We recently returned from a 14 day 4 lodge Safari in South Africa all organised by OTS This trip had been rearranged twice due to Covid and OTS worked hard to get everything in place each time Carol Fox is a marvel in terms of her smooth administration skills - keeping us informed throughout and attending to each detail That can t have been easy over the past 2 years The safari itself was excellent each lodge provided different sightings Also fabulous food and accommodation were experienced throughout We saw the big 5 on several occasions in fact we had 8 leopard sightings all different leopards But we also saw much more with guides keen to draw our attention to the smaller stuff that we are also interested in We have been on a few trips with OTS to South Africa and Botswana and I am sure that we will be travelling again with them They cannot be beaten and each trip is more magical than the last

I have taken several safaris with On Track Safaris - to Brazil India and several to South Africa and also Mozambique I have always had a wonderful experience and stayed at excellent lodges and hotels They are always very accommodating to my needs and arrange everything perfectly I highly recommend them I m hoping to be able to take another trip with them later this year if possible

Three words best describe our South African safari with On Track Safaris fabulous fabulous fabulous It was our first trip with OTS and we stayed in three different camps Rukiya Tangala Nyeleti they all exceeded expectations They were quite different from each other but all were superb The accommodation was extremely comfortable with good food comfy beds fantastic hosting This wasn t our first safari but it was by far the best in terms of the quality of game we saw at quite close quarters in some instances One of the especially unique features of this safari was that we rarely encountered any other vehicles which is quite unusual these days The guides at each camp were friendly very knowledgeable We can t wait to plan another trip with OTS because if it is as good as this trip it will be a fun action packed experience Thanks again to Will for his hosting to Carol Fiona for organising everything for us Andrea Luck Tony Neilan
