The 100gb for 50 is a scam the company doesn t inform you that it is actually 30gb and 70gb for social media If you run out 30gb then you cannot view the emails or search internet In fact my phone showed only use of 22gb I only learned it after a week since custom support is useless they only promised to come back to me in 48hr with an answer Total scam

WiFi has been gone for one week and we call them every day the WiFi is gone but ooreedo customer support is telling us that a technician is coming every time that we call them but they never came and they keep telling us that our case is urgent but it has been one week and nothing has been done about this

I topped up my account with 500 rufiya it shows on wallet 500 but when you try to get a data plan it shows insufficient balance Upon contacting support they told me i have 499 98 I topped up again twice 10 rufyia each time and this is not reflecting in the walle This company is a fraud

Internet keeps disconnecting
The internet service is very bad as it keeps disconnecting and what makes it worse is that it is the only good ISP in the Maldives Dhiraagu purposely slows down your internet and ROL s internet is worse from what I ve heard I wish there was better WiFi networks in the Maldives that disconnect far less frequently or don t disconnect at all

Telecom provider that scams the public
I use dhiraagu most of my life but have an ooredoo sim that I seldom use which I keep on the monthly 200mvr package I decided to use ooredoo sim as my primary number and subscribed to an additional data package Things were ok for few weeks and then I get a sms to say that I need to pay the bill to avoid disconnection Fair enough it s my bad that I wasn t paying attention to it and within an hour of the sms my postpaid connection got suspended I paid the outstanding and waiting for it to be reconnected Didn t happen so I reached out to the customer service and was told that I had reached my credit limit I couldn t understand it as I didnt have any outstanding bill As I needed my connection active I paid another hundred in advance and the line got reconnected however within one day it exceeded the limit by a 100 again and got suspended I don t get any notification sms or alerts and my ooredoo account shows as -100 which means I have paid it in advance but still my line is disconnected I have a dhiraagu number and I never face such issues with them So porting the ooredoo number to dhiraagu as ooredoo disrupts your daily life I hope they get their act together and think from customers perspective
