Company Is A Sham

I would not advise anyone to order from this company I ordered both the Figaro layered bracelet the Opal gold layered necklace on December 7th with expedited shipping on both items They claimed the arrival would be within 4-8 business days I received the items on December 24th far to late to ship out to my niece I emailed OOTDY quite a few times in that almost a week over the promised shipping time days later I would get a vague seemed like an AI generated response So items show on the 24th I tell them in newest email I haven t even opened box I m returning them Days later I finally received a response they stated they will email me a label they will deduct the shipping fee a restock fee from my refund that will be given within 30 days after they received the return Ok It gets better though So I decide know what this sham company is not worth the time Which is exactly what they want people to think They make it difficult to return items etc so most just give up I decided to finally open the box on January 5th to have a peek Oh my The layered bracelet was NOT layered in was one thin strand of a bracelet that was barely visible that was to have 1 thick layer the other layer was thin Thick layer not there thin layer just thrown into small jewelry pouch The necklace was of horrible quality also although packed better For 143 00 I did not expect anything amazing for my young niece but as her mother requested minimalist jewelry I thought this would be perfect It was literal garbage DO NOT order from this company they are awful Don t fall for the sorry response either they don t mean it Stay far away it s junk

The earrings were of very poor quality To return you must take pictures first to get their approval I sent back and swear this is their scheme open return package remove item reseal and put back in the mail so it looks like an empty package got mailed then it s reported to the USPS so it looks legit BUYER BEWARE and horrible nonexistent customer service

I ordered a pair of earrings that were so small I could hardly see them and tried to contact them to return them All I had was an email address and they didn t repond I sent another no response I called American Express to dispute the charge and the company finally responded with an adress to send them to Several weeks had passed since the purchase They declined the refund with no explanation Now I am out 70 and still don t have earrings Bad bad company

Valentine s Day Disaster

Ordered a Valentine s Day gift for my girlfriend in January It s February 15th and last update I have received on shipping was over a week ago An absolute joke of a company

Items never received

I ordered 3 items as gifts for my March wedding on Feb 4th and have still never received my order I ve reached out to the post office with the tracking number provided and no luck on the location of my order These items were for my upcoming wedding in 2 weeks and I m extremely disappointed that they re not here yet I ve reached out to OOTYD customer service and am awaiting their reply I really hope they can offer a solution with a full refund since I don t trust replacement items to make it to me in time for the wedding at this point Will report back
