am changing my previous review due to my customer service I have received since my bad review was seen by the company I 100 cannot fault the service I have since received via both email and over the phone I feel the manager at the store in the Trafford centre was very open to why I was upset and is definitely working to make my experience a one off and working on points I had mentioned I really think this is a great quality in this manager so I do wish her well Amy whom I dealt with via email was also fantastic and nothing was too much trouble If the products were in my price range I wouldn t hesitate to purchase Thankyou all of you

I purchased the Opatra Synergy Marble from TJC last year and just after Christmas it stopped working I contacted Opatra and within 24 hours they dispatched a replacement I received a brand new device less than a week later Not only did I get prompt service they replaced my product with a newer version that hasn t hit the market yet That is five star service Brilliant service from a brilliant company Thank you

Works for old guys

I m not what most would class as the stereotypical customer for face care and beauty products as the typical or maybe atypical old white guy but I am very impressed and pleased that I tried the product and am seeing the benefits It was demonstrated to me by Jacky Feighery in the Tresor Rare store in Abu Dhabi Galleria mall I initially had my doubts about spending a fairly serious amount of money on skin care but I was really impressed by the demo and can now vouch that the results are for real It can t change the fact that I am an old bloke but at least my skin looks good now
