Amazingly easy to switch to

So easy to deal with the guys who came to fit the fibre cables were so friendly and quick and then when the installer came he was so polite and answered all my questions the connection is constant and so fast I cannot recommend highly enough am so happy with everything especially the price Thanks guys for everything

Great sales service

I contacted Open Fibre about their service because I was looking for a new provider They answered all my questions without a hard sell and seemed as interested in me as I was in them Their prices are more than competitive and they after a 24 7 support option which is ideal for me and my working times I can t wait to get the system up and running

Fast Internet For Hull At Great Prices

Decided to switch internet providers to Open Fibre when we finally had the choice Cabling was installed on the 17th April and on the 18th April Open Fibre completed the installation of the box and router Was initially told it would be live by 5pm on the 18th but that never happened I always expect some minor niggles the next day they came out again and got it sorted Have had a super fast connection ever since two and a half times faster than my previous provider at 24 a month less I would have no issue recommending Open Fibre everyone I dealt with were extremely professional cleaned up after installation and then sorted out issues quickly For people in Hull who finally have a choice of internet providers I can t recommend Open Fibre enough

Start to finish really smooth

From start to finish I ordered through MS3 who recommended open fibre I went for the 1000mbps upload and download due to sending huge files for work and gaming a lot We had one installation to get the fibre line connected to the house they came across and needed to do a little digging I was a little scared but they had everything filled back in and back to normal within about 20 minutes Couple of days later on my appointment day I had two engineers one from MS3 to install my ONT inside box which was quick and easy and they asked where I d like it to go etc The second engineer who was amazing he was called Luke came over to set my router up make sure the speeds were good to go and then we chatted about my setup and how much different it will be Overall really smooth I was a little worried but everything was installed without any hitches and I just downloaded warzone in literally 6 minutes

Glad I switched

I was a bit worried about moving from KCOM to Open Fibre Aly was excellent at explaining how the switchover would work MS3 came to install and Luke helped me set up my new router I have been live for the last three weeks and speeds are brilliant and seems a big improvment compared to KCOM and they are also easy to get through on the phone I ve already recommended two friends

Great service

We are with this company a month already and are very happy we joined them The speed and connection is great no complaints Soon after we joined there were some issues over the city but they were working very hard to solve this And communication was great Overall no regrets changing the internet company Thank you very much

Often disconnected day safter cancelation period Wrong choice

Installation went well and people was and are really nice It is pleasure to communicate with them I didn t expect any troubles but in the first month I had some issues Nothing what would call or restart of router wouldn t sort And now internet runs great without a hitch for few months It was a big upgrade for me Speed is great Gb of data is downloaded faster than I read short description I can with ease on my heart rate full stars Thx to time and company effort I edited my review and feel confident with it

Best decision ever

So on the 6th December I switched to open fiber from KC The installation was fast despite a minor issue when I contacted customer service it was easy with virtually no wait time or loads of stupid automated messages they quickly sorted the problem and someone came out the same day Since then my Internet has ran smoothly super fast despite 2 tablets 2 phones Xbox and 3 tvs connected to it it s never crashed and the downloads speeds are soooo much faster then KC Luke has been great I ve had courtesy calls to check everything running smoothly and a direct number to make reporting a problem should I have one so much easier Can not fault the quality of the Internet or the amazing customer service not the mention it costs a fraction of my previous supplier

Wow Open Fibre Pay less for greater speeds

Wow it s about time we had internet and a reasonable price Thank you so much for helping with this Open Fibre was amazing through the whole process Stress free and fantastic staff who are knowledgeable and helpful I m glad I made the switch Never looking back
