They have 0 customer support i have bought module from them it was not usefull making site verry slow i have requested refund they havent replied back to me after 1 week i have opened case on PayPal then they have disabled my Opencart account which i had about 20 premium purchase of modules they just displayed me a message saying i have to cancel dispute in paypal and request support on Opencart support page i have done what ever they asked just cancelled case send them support email and i have still not received any reply or refund they have void the pruchase My opinion is if you are new to start eccomerce website just use different company these people will disable your all purchases if you are not happy with any premium module you bought

Get banned because they dont provide what you paid for

It seems if you order a theme and you don t get the theme you actually ordered so you report this and get refunded they actually ban you without telling you but still allow you access to your opencart account i ordered a theme several months ago and the theme i received was nothing like the one advertised so i informed them of this and was refunded so yesterday i had a client order hosting and he wanted an opencart theme so paid me for the theme which i them went to order from OC and was asked for ID as part of their security even though i used OC for years as to me its the best ecommerce platform so provided this and then today i have an email that this has been refunded as i am banned for OC First time i knew i was banned as still have full access to my OC account

i bought an extension from this site but extension wasnt work and no body help for this error i am waiting from 22 hours a bout help

Avoid Opencart its not worth the hassle

Downloaded latest version and its plagued with errors spent two hours debugging just to get through the install save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

Paid with Paypal----NOTHING Received except appalling CS

So I was using Opencart to help out a friend Spent days importing data and configuring the software and troubleshooting some of the bugs it has Nothing major but all time consuming Then decided to purchase some extensions to speed up deployment times You can pay via Paypal I have a verified paypal account of over 7 years Payment processed - - - - No software Instead an email advising you MUST send them PhotoID to get your software If you want to have your identity stolen by a company based in Hong Kong I d say get that passport scan done and sent over asap For those of us that use Paypal for the identity and payment protection it offers I think we view it a little differently Tried to contact Opencart via Paypal after no joy using their own online system and contacting the extension developer Instead of getting customer service just got threatened with a BAN from their portal Well I have news opencart if you really think the way to promote your application is with threats and appalling customer service you are offering a 5 example of how NOT to operate BAN away Paypal dispute raised

Awful Cart API doesnt work had to use an older version full of bugs Version we are testing on we get errors when trying to update cart they use an IP checking within an API within admin so if on a dynamic IP address you can use admin SSL doesnt work all from a default install
