Stunning addition to our home

We are so pleased with our louvre pod It has allowed us to enjoy more of our garden with the options it gives us The product itself is of excellent quality and really makes for an interesting feature of our home The service we received was excellent and installation was on time The sales team responded quickly to any queries we had and the surveyor was incredibly helpful and informative The install team work to a high standard always kept the area tidy and we re very helpful and polite We would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again Thanks Mark and the rest of your team

Transformed our Patio Area

Having researched Garden Rooms on the internet we choose OSC because of the reviews and we were not disappointed We waited rather longer than we thought but that was due to COVID-19 causing a backlog We are so pleased with the construction and the way it looks The guys who built it were so nice and obviously worked well together We didn t order the sliding doors but now we have the room decked out we are going to order them Thank you to Mark and the team So if you are thinking of having an outside space look no further give OSC a ring there is no sales pressure you make the decision even after a survey You are not obligated To order

OSC on the Cardigan coast

We have a large balcony overlooking Cardigan Bay but were in need of shade We had seen louvered rooves in New Zealand and thought they would provide an ideal solution We contacted OSC and they visited and provided a breakdown of the cost they also warned us of the delay in fitting When they did arrive they were efficient and very tidy We are delighted with our pod

Love our new Winsol pergola certainly a luxurious product with nice bells and whistles The OSC team did a great job throughout the process including 2 site visits as requested Delivered and commissioned as promised and no issues to date

Amazing electric cassette awning by Open Space Concepts

We have the sun constantly to the rear of our house most of the day and really struggled to contain the sunlight glare coming into our kitchen We looked at various options such as plantation shutters and internal blinds but eventually came across Open Space Concepts They were incredibly helpful and we opted for their electric cassette awnings We chose a colour of fabric from a swatch of over 200 and within 10 days they were produced fitted within a few hours We can now control the amount of sunlight or shade we require with the touch of a button They look amazing as well as being functional Open Space Concepts were extremely professional and very informative and I would recommend anyone looking for an awning to try them

Glass Room

The team before the build were so helpful and friendly and made everything very clear They were always happy to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble The build team were punctual polite and professional They did an amazing job in a very short time Very hard working and so tidy too you wouldn t know they had been here Our finished glass room exceeded our expectations We now have the perfect indoor outdoor space all year round We love our glass room and highly recommend Open Space Concepts

Really delighted with every aspect of the work The product is beautiful exactly what we wanted and the whole process from first contact to final fit has been exemplary There was no hard sell but there was a lot of product knowledge and a desire to get the job right We wouldn t hesitate to recommend this product and this company OSC

We ordered a garden awning and were given a fair quote without any pushy sales Communication was great throughout The awning arrived sooner than expected and the installation team were polite efficient and the job done quickly We are delighted with the product and overall great experience
