I spoke to a really friendly course advisor called Ali He was very patient and talked me through the process of the course I was applying for and what it would entail With his help I was able to fill out the application and successfully be accepted into the study course

This was my first time enrolling by telephone with Open Study College for the Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning course I liked the continuity that when I rang back today to finalise my deposit I was passed to Paul again He wasexceptionally good with the whole booking process I was especially pleased he knew I wanted to get going as soon as so set up the express delivery of my materials I would certainly recommend this distance learning college thank you so much

I spoke with a student advisor called Luke He was incredibly friendly and helpful during our conversation as he guided me through the enrolment process Luke was extremely knowledgeable and based on my own personal circumstances was able to offer a wide range of fantastic study options that fit my needs and schedule perfectly I would recommend open study college to anybody and the service provided by their student advisors is first class

Excellent experience

I was having a hard time choosing who to study with as there is so much choice for e-learning I made an enquiry and spoke to Paul He was fantastic at explaining everything and answering all of my questions First I did go with another company which unfortunately didn t work out I called up to speak with Paul after re-answering questions and helping me feel reassured he took me through the entire enrollment process Explained in very clear detail how the payment plan worked he knew previously I was anxious about the monthly plan and remembered I have a learning difficulty Paul was with me every step of the way Please give a massive thank you to Paul from me I couldn t have done it without him After enrolling I still had some questions so I called and spoke with the student support team They are lovely and super friendly I wish I had just enrolled at this college in the first place

I booked my History and Maths A Levels through the Open Study College and they were very wonderful throughout the process My tutors responded in good time were helpful and checked up on me When I had a problem with my coursework my learner support corresponder Gemma was very accommodating in helping me with this

Ali - the Advisor was very clear and went through all the details Even advised on the course choice to offer the best option for what I was looking to do in future Very friendly supportive and helpful Good option of courses and helpful for those working and needing to fit it around life with plenty of time to do it
