Amazing products and very helpful staff
I struggled to enter the Black Friday code and sent an email to OPHENA The reply told me they had completely run out of the code and yet the customer advisor did everything they good to change the code so I could have another It took some time but they persevered The dispatch was fast and I receivers them in plenty of time for Christmas Quality products which were a joy to unwrap

Love Ophena staff and products
Love Ophena The staff are so personable really personal service which is so rare in this day and age If you have any query or want to change anything the guys get back to you so quickly and can t do enough Oh and I ve just ordered our second set of Ophena S stirrups they re really fantastic I love them as they re very difficult to lose and yet very very safe We also have the saddle pads and they are absolutely gorgeous

Quick response great solution
Quick response always nice I forgot to order an extra pare of inside soles without a problem the extra soles where adit to my outstanding order So no extra shipping costs

Best service quality
I bought 2 sets of riding tights they are extremely nice to walk run and of course also ride in The grip is really great and made my day a ton better wearing them My package was mis sorted by the DHL delivery but the Ophena team helped me to understand where it was and keep track The Ophena team are nice and easy to get in touch with over E-mail

Fantastic service great product
Fantastic service fast delivery Love these stirrups so much that I ordered a pair each for my 2 children aged 7 and 8 Cant put a price on safety and hopeful that it will stop my youngest child pointing her toes to the ground as well
