No return possible
Ordered a kids smartwatch it was not what we wanted wanted to return - no reaction They did respond to a question regarding the shipping and track and trace rather quickly but no response on the return request AT ALL Phone goes straight to voice mail and voice mail is full Thinking about shipping it back with my own cost with track and trace does that make them responsible to reimburse I am unhappy and recommend avoiding this site at all cost How can we report this behavior They do not keep their promise
