there support team is AMAZING every question i asked was answered with a friendly and experinced answer to all my calls and emails keep me up to date with everything they get updated on they ran the test on every bit of the system insuring max perfromance with no issuses if something was not working to 100 FUNCTION they sent of for the new parts till they get the one that was perfect all round experince so far 5 star all the way OPSYS Gaming is the way to go ty to all the team Thanks from now a loyal customer - Joshua Martin opsys is the way for me and many others from now on

Review update - a year on

Having had my Opsys PC for almost a year now Magna-V based on AMD Ryzen 7770X and GeForce RTX 4070 Ti I thought it might be useful to share an updated review In short - I m still incredibly happy with it the machine does whatever I throw at it stability-wise it s been rock solid and never given me any problems So some specifics -Build quality and aesthetic - solid no rattles or odd noises when under load Looks quietly unassuming but with the really neat lighting touches showing off the internals Cable management is nice and tidy and will be really helpful when if any upgrades are needed Sound - the rig is liquid-cooled and runs really quietly sat next to my desk with just the background hum of the fans The case does a really good job of deadening the sound When under load the fans and cooling ramp up - which is actually quite nice to hear I m not a big gamer but MS Flight Sim and F1 2023 24 run at full resolution and max detail settings without missing a beat - so I m happy with that As a wildlife photographer though what I use it most for is photo processing Importing 1000 photos at a time to Lightroom generating previews and running noise-reduction and sharpening algorithms is a proper test of a rig and this one handles that workload incredibly well So overall a year later - very happy

Fantastic company this was my first step into the world of pc s so I had a phew questions All answered very helpfully and promptly by the opsys team I had a fully custom pc built the team sourced alternate parts that wernt available so my system was built on time and they put in some real work End product works brilliantly and looks fantastic Well packaged for transport and delivered the day after it was dispatched I had no issues at all Highly recommend would use them again

Received a custom PC just as it was designed using their online builder I enquired about using custom parts Noctua fans that were not available in the builder and they offered such possibility which in the end I didn t use Btw it s hard to find any service that would beat the Opsys prices

Excellent customer service when phoning

Excellent customer service when phoning for updates and amending my order changed my fan selection There was a week delay with my order but was told it was due to them not being happy with the performance of the Ramm during benchmarking so they ordered a replacement Had alot of fun making my custom build on the website using the visualiser and it s a thing of beauty Upon delivery the machine was very well packaged and the starter kit is great 5 Stars

Fantastic people to deal with We built the PC online to our specifications and was given a delivery time Regrettably due to supply problems the date was moved but Dan kept me informed all the time The PC has now arrived and we are thrilled with its build quality and works a treat
