I felt this was an easy process The information provided with the test was comprehensive and easy to follow and once I sent the test back the results were available very quickly The dashboard was very useful providing an overview of my results how these relate to normal ranges highlighting any abnormal markers and providing clear advice regarding these I loved that there were signposts to scientific literature relating to the specific issue The dashboard is a very useful tool user- friendly and if you do repeat tests you can easily view the changes that have occurred I would highly recommend this ideal if you want to know what s happening in your body

So useful incredible results and insights
I ordered a Fitness test It was delivered really quickly and was surprisingly easy to do a blood test at home The best thing is the results dashboard you get once your results are in you get all your levels on different biomarkers in one place and you can tap on any of them to see your results what it means and what you should do to improve it which is based on your actual data It let me know I m deficient in iron alongside a few other things and since I ve been taking tablets to fix that I ve been feeling way better when I m working out or even just during the day so it s already working for me and has highlighted other areas of my health I can improve Definitely ordering more tests to see what else is going on with my body Super handy great idea
