Villa Oleander was brilliant

Villa Oleander was brilliant and perfect met our needs for 4 adults and 2 children The inside and out was perfect for a sunny February and the kids loved the heated pool We had an issue with the boiler but this was rectified and replaced the same day We ve never had that kind of service from any other company while renting villas We look forward to our next February 2024 trip to Lanzarote with Optima villas

Villa Oleander A beautiful villa and lovely outside space with mature well tended garden Upon arriving we noticed how clean the villa was so a big thank you to the hard working housekeeping staff It s a short 10 min walk to marina Rubic n and only a few mins walk to the number 30 circular route bus stop It was a quiet residential area but you could see over to the rubicon area and each the world go by All staff were very quick to reply to emails from the moment we booked and I felt confident that they were on hand if needed and we were able to have a late check out which was amazing We will be booking another villa with optima villas

It was our first time using Optima Villas and we will certainly be using them again Fantastic service from start to finish and Villa 28 Vista Lobos was wonderful clean and well equipped Had an issue with a bathroom lock on 2nd day reported it and someone came and fixed it almost immediately Amazing service

Villa del Ajache Grande

Villa del Ajache GrandeExcellent booking experience with Optima the app is a great idea and helpful easy meet and greet at the airport Had a minor issue with TV and Tap in kitchen but both dealt with promptly and efficiently Villa very well equipped with utensils pool lovely and warm and clean Only downside is the Sun beds need replacing around the pool Beds comfy and interior seating nice and comfortable 20 min walk to Rubicon Marina and Playa Blanca Villa is in a quiet residential area and has easy step free access throughout and into the garden and pool area and walk in shower in master bedroom Would definately recommend booking the Villa and would book with Optima again

Villa Dora

Communication from Optima Villas was great as was the ease of checking in at the airport Welcome pack was very good -the best we ve had Villa Dora a nicely situated great outside space and lovely pool Taxi into centre costs 6 and walk to shops and restaurants at Faro Park takes about 15 minutes Villa is a little tired inside and would benefit greatly from air con- a must in this hot climate

Optima Villas book with confidence

We have just returned home from a wonderful holiday in Playa Blanca As usual we booked our villa through Optima Villas who make the whole process very easy There was a welcome pack on arrival Pool cleaners came twice a week they were friendly and efficient Our villa was cleaned and bed linen and towels changed at the end of our first week again the staff were lovely We will definitely be booking again

The usual high level of service Regular cleaning change of towels and linen and pool maintenance We managed to lock ourselves out of the property outside of working hours but we were back in within 20 minutes Full instructions directions etc in the online guide Good communication before during and after our stay Can t be faulted - highly recommended

Very impressed with optima villas

We were so impressed with how professional optima villas were We could not fault a thing from the beautiful casa blanca villa to the very clear instructions about the villa They replied to my email very promptly I wish optima villas operated in other canary island s aswel as Lanzarote as we would love to use them again We would highly recommend optima villas as the property was beautiful and they made things easy Thankyou for making our holiday so special

Casa Olivia

Big thank you to all Optima team for our recent great stay at Casa Olivia again We were there for 6 weeks and as before cleaning pool maintenance contact with Optima throughout was first class Nice welcome pack on arrival Villa well equipped and furnished Will be booking with Optima again soon
