My payment method didnt work and they responded right away to make sure there was another way of processing it while GooglePay was down Also was awesome enough to upgrade my GPU to the 4070 SUPER Shipped out within the week and had it a couple days later after ordering The PC works amazingly and didn t have any issues except a Windows product key issue which they also solved right away when I emailed them back

Ren was super communicative and helpful with my order I greatly appreciated the care and dedication that went into my build down to its packaging and presentation The patterned foam panels were a great addition to protecting my order and adding an acoustic finish to my setup My only comment is that I had to update the BIOS of my mobo from a July 24 version to a current one
