Internet goes out every time it is cold When calling their non-existent customer service only advice is to restart the modem which I already did 10 times and which does nothing The third time they finally made a service appointment in 7 days That did it after 3 years of suffering from slow unreliable service 1G is really about 150 MBs switched to a slightly more expensive fiberoptic competitor installed in 2 days Finally useable internet something Optimum will not provide Optimum is a racket class action needed

Rip off jerks Just try and cancel F
I signed up for internet service and was told by the rep about their mobile service which piggy backs on T-Mobile The rep told me that I could try it and if I didn t like it cancel I agreed but then changed my mind and decided to stay with T-Mobile Canceling was a nightmare The service guy I got would not shut up about what a great deal their service was and that it was basically T-Mobile It is not I have more perks from T-Mobile for 20 more than these Bozos I must have told the rep six times to cancel the service that I never used was not going to use ever I was charged 20 for activation fee not refundable plus another 15 fee for god knows what I m out 35 and never even used their service Complete rip off and clowns when you want to cancel Don t bother with these jokers

Optimum Mobile could be a reap for you
I was tempted to subscribe to Optimum Mobile After moving to this service I found out that my home is inn an area with no coverage by Optimum I was Neve warned of this and I had to switch back to AT T spending many hours on the phone with Optimum mobile to do so No I received a bill for 10 For what exactly Then I receive another bill of 10 for late payment of the first 10 I asked to cancel these charged but was refused I am paying over 340 a month for Optimum WiFi Cable and land line I will be moving to another provider They do not really care for their customers

Bad Customer Service My grandmother got a new Iphone and Optimum gave her a new phone number She wanted to keep her old phone number Optimum mobile deleted the number and can t get my grandmother her old number back Also she never has phone service for some reason

The worst possible sevice ever for Bridgehamton NY I spent at least seven hours on the phone with Optimum gave up three vacation days waiting for service and they lie and try to pacify you One person assures you problems will be rectified and the next person who is a supervisor undoes everything that was supposed to be done Unfortunately we must use them until Verizon comes to our neighborhood Awful experience

Impossible to give a lower rating than 1 star Internet constantly dropping connection Customer Service chat techs are smart -alecks that threaten you if questions them Infrastructure of the network here is ancient and should have been replaced long ago Guess is 10 yr old equipment They do not want to provide better service only because there are no other options at this time so they put the screws to their customers

Optimum is a rip-off Very poor customer service inexperienced installers Been without cable and internet for a month Finally got another 3rd technician out today The first one showed up with no equipment and said he would go pick the moden and cable boxes up He left and never returned The second one did not run a new cable so I still had nothing Called help line and was told to exchange modem Got a new modem and was never able to connect Customer service set up another appointment Technician comes today - runs a new cable line and tells me the new model was never added to my account old model was still listed I was offered 18 credit what a JOKE They can take their equipment and service and shove it I would never recommend this company They need to put a negative star in their rating options

Optimum mobile unethical business practices
I had optimumum mobile Service was bad so ported out to some other mobile service provider but still I got a bill When I called customer sericce they told that my phone is is not longer with optimum but I have disconnected after the new billing cyle has started so I still have to pay from next 25 days until the end of the billing cycle When I didn t pay the bill they added 10 fine for 25 bill and sent email indicating that they have suspended my service I already had ported out of optimum mobile more than a month ago This email is just a fake to mint late fee To avoid headache I just payed the total bill amount along with fine If you have a choice never use Optimum cable or mobile They are the worst companies

Internet service outages often And they keep raising prices Now they re bombarding us with ads saying they want out mobile business as well Really They can t give us reliable internet service and now they want to screw up our cell phones too Worst service ever EVER Great deals are offered only to new customers evidently existing customers are third class citizens They are the only option where I live otherwise they would not have my business Can you say MONOPOLY
