Not a client but have found getting information from them to be an incredibly quick process especially from Matthew Adams Typically it takes 2-4 weeks and sometimes up to 2-4 months to get information from a pension provider but they managed to provide all the required information within 48hrs I can not comment on other areas of their service as no personal experience but have found this to be a breath of fresh air in terms of getting client information

Persistence and Professionalism will Eventually Win

In January 2023 funds were required to pay my SIPP pension for the coming 12 months forms were completed and submitted to ReAssure in good time to meet the February payment Nothing transpired and ReAssure proved to be completely inept at discharging their duties in a professional and timely manner Eventually payment was received on Friday 21st April and only then after the continued and persistent intervention of Grace Beaverstock and her team at Options The support provided by Options in these challenging circumstances was excellent Without this support I fear we would still be waiting An official complaint has been made and we await the outcome of that with interest but given recent experience of ReAssure we are not sure we can trust their findings
