It only takes a minute to make a call
It only takes one phone call to tell you if thet can t take you on Got a job offer from the company and I was excited to start after being on furlough for ages then getting made redundant The start date got posponed and then they ghosted me ignoring me I emailed and even called asking when I was going to start and they said they would let me know This was around two months ago now without hearing a word It only takes one minute to ring someone and say they are sorry if they can t take you on anymore rather than ignoring you If this is how professional they are with employees god knows what they are like as an actual company This year has been hard enough with COVID and redundancies without companies like this messing you around

Always very helpful and technical
Would certainly recommend Opus CNC to anyone looking for a CNC Router We purchased a 1325 CNC Router and after it was installed we were so impressed we bought a 1390 Laser The engineer has so much knowledge and had no problem passing this onto us We felt comfortable from the initial enquiry to the full training myself and my staff received Highly Recommend

Brilliant company Excellent customer service before purchase and after sales service excellent too I purchased my laser two years ago now and the customer service is still excellent now If I have any problem big or small they are always there to helpWould definitely recommend this company definitely five star service

I dealt with Barrie and his knowledge
I can t thank Opus enough for all their support in repairing my CNC router I didn t buy my router from them but Barrie s knowledge of my machine is incredible he succeeded where the Chinese manufacturer and UK reseller failed When the time comes for an upgrade I will definitely be calling Opus Just amazing service way way way above and beyond

As a traditional joinery manufacturer
As a traditional joinery manufacturer it was a daunting thought to take the plunge and get a CNC router but we have and over the last two days Daniel has installed commissioned and trained me on this amazing machine Firstly the machine we went for an Olympus ATC CNC Router which has a 10 x5 bed and an 8 position tool changer The quality is amazing truly solid machine which makes our SCM machines look a little feble Installation and training were all undertaken by Daniel and he was brilliant and would be welcome back anytime All in flawless service from OPUS CNC
