We visited Krakow staying 3 nights Everything ran smoothly and Orbis were very supportive and they sorted things for us The hotel was warm and clean and in a good location and the flights were on time and without hiccups I would recommend this company and use it again in the future Leo Brown from Orbis was very helpful and responded to our requests

I was having trouble checking in online with Wizair Ella at Orbit Travel was incredibly helpful She organised the check in with all information and sent me the boarding passes This was all sorted quickly and efficiently Big thanks to Ella

Robert Brown Outstanding and Excellent Customer Service

I am a travel photographer and have gone around the world for many years and this is the first time I have used Orbis Travel They offered the best prices for a trip I was interested in and I have been truly amazed at the outstanding service Robert Brown was so very helpful and knowledgable Talking with him was such a pleasure and his service was immediate and had the best customer service in helping me book the seats for the flight I hope many others get to experience Robert when booking their trip It was a wonderful experience and I am most grateful

Holiday to Istanbul

Holiday to Istanbul came up on Travelzoo The agents were Orbis Travel Spoke to them and booked 3 nights in Istanbul The agents were very helpful They phoned me just before we were due to go to say they were changing the hotel as they hadn t had good reviews The hotel they charged us to was lovely Transfers to and from the airport were spot on It was an excellent experience Thank you to Richard for always being responsive and helpful Highly recommend this company

Just booked a trip to London Paris Edinburgh and Dublin Paul was amazing Very knowledgeable efficient pleasant informative The original plan was to visit the three capitals in the UK however with Paul s assistance advice and recommendations we were able to add Paris to the itinerary Paul was amazing on how quickly we were offered a package Thus far my experience was fabulous I am still working with Paul to finalize plans for our trip and I am excited to see Paul s findings to make our trip perfect We will definitely be using Orbis Travels again Thank you

I wanted to say Thank you to John at Orbis Travel After initially booking the trip to Italy there were some problems with the airline and change of flights John went above and beyond to ensure he could find solutions and provide me with the holiday experience I was seeking He delivered every call back he promised and went through all the changes thoroughly This felt more like a personalised bespoke travel consultancy leaving me delighted with the service I m looking forward to my May 2025 trip to Italy Emma Young
