I used Orchard s Move First Program and it was an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE I am a licensed NC broker and didn t want the hassle of showings with my dog I also wanted a stress free and simple fast close I was under contract and closed and moved in 3 weeks I loved the program and process so much that I wanted to join the company and help others I now work for the company and love the teamwork and the culture at Orchard So not only did I move into my dream house in my dream neighborhood I also get to help others with Orchards programs as well So grateful for Orchard in more ways than one

Buying The market in the DFW area was nuts and we looked at multiple homes made multiple offers and rode the roller coaster for a couple of months before finally having an offer accepted and we LOVE our new home Everyone was great to work with but we were especially impressed with Heath Herrera and Martin Corza both of whom were so patient and kind to us while showing us houses Heath could sense our frustration and was just awesome because he never rushed us and always offered to show us more homes than we had scheduled That s what led us to the one and we are so appreciative Martin was also just really nice Our agents buying and selling were great at keeping in touch and keeping us calm Selling We listed right when the interest rates went up and the market started changing but we still had an over-asking price offer within a week Overall the experience was great and we would choose this way again and also recommend it to others

My experience with Orchard was exceptional I had my doubts before I signed up with them but after a thorough research I confirmed it is a legit company Everything was done virtually - a zoom initial meeting with them to explain their program I discovered that they offered everything I needed to be a cash buyer of a new construction home The appraisal of my home was also done through a virtual walk though of the house Their guaranteed offer was given quickly and I decided to sign with them Cortney Hesse was exceptional and readily available to answer my concerns I closed with Orchard the day before I closed on my new house electronically thru Notarize Very convenient Funds were wired to the title company and ready for my new house closing Very rewarding experience Now they have listed my old house for sale and have kept me informed of progress

The process was very smooth

The process was very smooth from start to finish It was a lot less stressful that we could remain in our home until our new home was ready We didn t have to deal with showing our home until we moved out They were really good about keeping us in the loop and communicating to us and getting our opinion on who to sell it to and for the amount
