Order never received warranty not applied
I did and payed my order numberY07-426959 on july 8th And nothing is arrived At my post office they say it s blocked at the customs so i will never receive it On the website they offer a warranty of shipping again in this situation But even if i send them messages and messages they say nothing and they don t apply the warranty they don t send again This website is not serious be careful

These people Tom Hofmann and Christine de Lange are not genuine reviewers This is again the work of this dubious company trying to convince people they are reputable They realised that people are coming out to inform others of their scam that s why they ve now started writing their own reviews here Please DO NOT fall victim of this website they will not send you medicine neither will they give you your money back Using COVID-19 as an excuse for why delivery will be delayed is another of their tactics Even when there was no COVID-19 please read the reviews before COVID-19 at the bottom they were trying to use people s card details to make other online purchase and they refused to refund another person almost 300 DO NOT FALL VICTIM I hope Trustpilot will do something about these people and their dubious website

Nothing after 3 months
It s been 3 months and I ve still gotten nothing They claimed no tracking but then then the website had a tracking number that s fake Apparently the order was resent possibly after my bank contacted them and that one does have a real tracking number but the shipment still hasn t shown up in the allotted time I no longer have any use for the order because they jerked me around so long but I ll likely never see my money back Update I have gotten my money back and the order is still not in the US according to the tracking number
