I had some problems with my OrderWise in our business and had contacted OrderWise for support as we needed the program operational ASAP Within a very short time I was contacted by one of their support engineers Hannah and she had a facility to even remotely connect to my work PC My issue was resolved in around 8 minutes and everything is back to normal Thank you Hannah for your quick support much appreciated
