Bought some items via the renault store I m due around 250 of refunds and it is impossible to get amy response for around 3 months of trying

Please cancel my order 601006574 and refund my money as soon as possible as previously discussed Why are you scamming people It has been over a month since I last heard from you You said the refund would take up to 7 days Please resolve this issue now I regret even ordering from them I should have read the reviews here before They are not responding on any contact

Bad experience

Ordered a product and they send me the completely wrong product an item that is worth 60 euros less than what I paid When asked for a return coupon I apparently have to pay returns myself because I don t live in France I send them a message to explain and demand a correct refund for their mistake and they just send me a 20 discount code for my next order code is only valid for 3 weeks lol and think it s all solved I don t want to order anything from your store because I don t need anything else I want either my correct product or my money back YOU made a mistake and sent me the wrong product Complete ripoff

Absolutely do not use this company

Customer service is non existent you simply cannot get in contact hidden fees delivery if it suits them Just don t bother
