This Energy Specialist was excellent
This Energy Specialist was excellent Thea was very prompt in returning my response and assured me that I had not asked a silly question Over the years I have messaged Origin and somehow the consultants never seem to answer the question They just simply push a button which gives me various links to find my answer It never seems like real customer service This time it did It has caused me angry quite often This consultant listened to what I asked and gave me the precise answer I needed Sometimes we can seem like a pest and perhaps a bother At no time has this Energy Specialist given the impression that I am a bother in fact Thea has encouraged me to continue to save some energy I hope that I get Thea the next time I have a query Thank you very much RegardsEsther
