Asked for a confirmation about a board replacement listed on their site and they sent me a new quote increasing prices over 100 GBP and without warranty of compatibility Sales person was very incapable of reading and understanding emails

Dont make the mistake Me and many others have
My mistake not checking reviews before ordering Had I looked I would nt be here wasting my time now Paid 1 160 for dehumidifiers suppossidly in stock and also paid extra for quick delivery 2 weeks and 4 calls including request for cancellation and refund but nothing Having to go through credit card company to get refund Update Goods now arrived I assume since credit card company asked for the money back Fingers burnt lesson learnt wouldnt use these guys again

Shocking company awful customer service Ordered an AC system for my house after some issues and them not getting back to me via email I eventually spoke to someone on the phone the conversation wasn t going their way so they started swearing getting very angry and put the phone down on me

Poor customer service failed delivery
Ordered an obscure wired module for A C unit they were the only one to claim to have it in stock After countless emails calls live chats attempts there was nothing from Orion Air Sales No response no item nothing at all their contact emails route through to a gmail account which is making me suspicious clearly not a professional outfit Really poor service from them We ll never use again now I have to contact credit card company for refund

Try to charge illegal restock fees
Ordered air con unit which arrived ok Council then advised unit against planning conditions Arranged return within Distance Selling Regs and units on pallet as delivered Was then told a restocking fee of over 300 would be charged even though this is in breach of DSR Now taking up with Trading Standards

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service Made an order last Thursday for an AC unit 522 Received a refund from PayPal the following Tuesday and when contacted the company they conveniently had technical issues and told me to re order When doing this the prices had gone up 150 Again I emailed and they told me they had a price increase over the weekend and cannot offer original price So their convenient technical issue had try to result in me paying a lot more Stay away from this company and look around as I found other companies offering same price They have lost a lot of trade by doing this to me Which they obviously don t need in the current climate
